Products & Pricing

All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include 3% GST. Prices for In Stock products are exact. Prices for Made to Order products are indicative — final price is confirmed before payment is charged.

Gold rates are updated daily. The price you pay is the price calculated at the time of order confirmation. We are not responsible for price fluctuations between browsing and checkout.

Made to Order Products

For Made to Order products: (a) The price shown is indicative based on current gold rates. (b) Final price is confirmed after reviewing your specifications. (c) No payment is charged until you explicitly approve the final quote. (d) Once you approve and payment is made, cancellation is not possible.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once the design is approved and crafting begins. A 50% advance may be required for orders above ₹1,00,000. The advance is adjustable against the final payment but non-refundable if you cancel after design approval.

Certification

All gold is BIS hallmarked. All diamonds above 0.15ct ship with IGI certificates. Certificates are the property of the buyer and cannot be exchanged.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, designs, text, and the Everkarat Jewels logo — is the property of Awaz One Agencies. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Everkarat Jewels (Awaz One Agencies) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
